ADP extends ADP Streamline, its offering designed for multinationals, to 45 countries

London, 24 February 2009: ADP, the leading supplier of human resources (HR) and payroll services has extended ADP Streamline, its offering designed for small and medium-sized multinationals, to twelve more countries. ADP will now offer a single-source solution for payroll and personnel administration over 45 countries, the only provider to offer such a service.

The service has been available since April 2007 (with pilot clients since 2005), and is based on local solutions and partnerships with local experts. It is designed to serve subsidiaries of multinational companies that seek the benefits of a single source for the management of payroll and personnel administration.

ADP Streamline now covers 12 more countries in the Asia-Pacific region - including India, China, Japan, Singapore and Australia - along with the 33 already covered in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

ADP Streamline is based on unique characteristics: It offers companies a complete managed service outsourcing solution, ensuring legal compliance worldwide and also allows for a single service contract, with one price per employee per region. It allows access to consolidated information so that HR management can take place between headquarters and subsidiaries. The service is managed by a dedicated account manager rather than a multi location management system, which can sometimes be difficult to implement and run from centrally from the headquarters. Processes are templated and secure with clear metrics, and the service can be connected to the client’s HRIS.
