ADP Customer Reference Programme
Terms and Conditions
1) One point will be awarded to the client for participation in each reference call.
2) Points cannot be converted into money or any other service outside those indicated.
3) Consultancy dates are subject to the availability of ADP’s resources, but ADP will endeavour to arrange mutually convenient dates for consultancy services.
4) Points are valid for 1 year from the date the reference call took place with an ADP prospect.
5) Points can only be issued by ADP marketing employees.
6) There is no limit to the number of points that can be awarded.
7) Clients must have the correct amount of points before requesting a consultancy or training day.
8) A consultancy day is held for 8 hours. ADP reserves the right to charge reasonable expenses for travel to and from client offices.
9) A training day is for 1 delegate on a one day ADP training course. Should a course consist of more than one days training, the additional day will be subject to training charges at the time.
10) If the consultancy work takes longer than the total number of points you have been awarded this will be subject to consultancy charges at the rate set out in the current Scale of Ancillary Charges.
11) The points awarded as part of the Customer Reference Programme are part of a promotional initiative and as such will run for a limited period. ADP reserves the right to withdraw or review this initiative at the end of each financial year (30th June).
